Our terms of sale (wholesale)...

  1. The Buyer agrees to take an agreed number of trees from a specified block or lines in a block and pays a deposit.
  2. The Buyer will mark all trees he wishes to buy with his individual tag by 1 November.
  3. The price is per tree ex yard.
  4. The price agreed is not subject to VAT.
  5. Transport of trees from yard is at Buyer's expense.
  6. Timing of all activities to be mutually convenient.
  7. Payment:
    • 10% of total sale to be paid when trees selected.
    • 15% of total sale when trees are marked
    • balance to be paid before trees are loaded
    • cash or Bank Draft only
